Freelance Administrative Support

At Your Service values the complexity of a client's personalized needs. Therefore all rates are negotiable.

Hourly Rates are available and vary per hour depending on the type of services rendered. Hourly rates are billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest quarter of the hour. One hour minimum is required. A down payment may be required.

Per Project Rates may be available depending on the nature of the project. 50% of the total quote is due upon client's acceptance of total cost estimation. Upon completion of such project, the client will be billed for the balance.

Retainer Rates guarantee ongoing assistance at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are billed in advance of services. Unused hours do not carry over and cannot be redeemed. If additional hours are requested they will be billed at the discounted rate. Keep in mind that  At Your Service wants you to get the most for your money so please communicate how I can best serve you to utilize your purchased time.

BLOCK 10 HOURS FOR ONE MONTH~5% DISCOUNT

BLOCK 20 HOURS FOR ONE MONTH~10% DISCOUNT

BLOCK 40 HOURS FOR ONE MONTH~15% DISCOUNT

**Some services may require additional fees. The following expense items are applicable, but not limited to, rush projects, postage, shipping & handling, International and Long Distance Calls, or an excessive amount of office supplies being used. No client will ever be charged any additional fees without At Your Service receiving written approval.
